The Sober Minds Recovery House is a purpose-driven men’s sober living program located in the peaceful community of Thousand Oaks, California. We exist to support men in early recovery as they rebuild their lives with dignity, structure, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Recovery is more than abstinence — it’s rediscovering who you are and what you’re capable of. Our home provides a safe, supportive environment where residents can strengthen life skills, develop healthy habits, and gain accountability while enjoying a real sense of community.

With private rooms, an onsite house manager, structured routines, weekly house meetings, and regular group activities, our program empowers residents to grow through connection and responsibility. We integrate daily breathalyzers and weekly UA testing to ensure a clean environment for all.

We believe sobriety shouldn’t feel isolating — it should feel empowering. From career guidance and transportation support to sauna and cold-plunge amenities, everything here is designed to improve mental clarity, build confidence, and inspire forward movement.
