Here at Sober Minds we realize and understand that pets can be an intricate part of recovery and we love pets, our home is welcome to most pets and will meet with each client individually to make sure it is a good fit. This will be a case by case scenario to ensure the peace and safety of all clients.

We feel that community and family is a large part of recovery and creating purpose in you life, guests are allowed at Sober Minds but we do not allow guests to stay overnight and each guest must be sober upon entering the home. Guests are allowed in the common areas only and not in the individual rooms. We also welcome family and friends of our clients to our weekly dinners (usually Sunday evening).

Each client is responsible for their own meals except on our weekly dinner nights, we do provide separate refrigerators for our clients. We do also provide the essentials for helping our clients prepare their own meals. We will also assist our clients in obtaining "government assistance" if and when needed.

Each client must have 30 full days of residence on our home with continuous sobriety before having an overnight stay outside of the home. This is to ensure that the client is on solid ground, a discussion with the clients sponsor and understanding the status of their 12 step progress will be required.

Yes we provide transportation to meetings, grocerty store, doctors appointments and other necessary needs of our clients.

Yes, we have gym membership setup for our clients free of charge and a full gym is being installed at the home as well as a cold plunge and sauna.

Yes, we are a purpose driven environment and we encourage our guests to work outside of the home and create a sense of stability and a solid future in sobriety.

Yes, we believe accountability is at the core of sobriety and we administer Breahalyzers nightly and random UA test weekly.

Yes, once a month we will schedule fun and new activities/outings as a group, and twice a year we will have overnight outings for our clients as a group. These are not mandatory but highly recommended.
